RYAN RABAH, ESQ.
Ryan Rabah is an entrepreneur and attorney and is the founding member of Ryan Rabah Law PLLC serving North Carolina. Ryan is experienced and seasoned with a background in both business, politics, and law.
He is an experienced attorney specializing in business law, real estate, and election law, as well as an entrepreneur in the health space. With a diverse background in political activism and leadership, Ryan currently serves as the Vice Chair of the We The People Party (North Carolina) and was the Team Kennedy State Director for North Carolina. He has worked on many projects on both the business and legal sides of deals. His experience ranges from negotiating large real property deals (from dirt to building to lease-up to sale) to drafting precedent-setting briefs for North Carolina ballot access laws. Ryan enjoys counseling clients on both the legal aspects and business issues involved in starting and growing companies, as well as navigating the political arena. He plays a key role in advancing third-party political efforts in the state, with a passion for ballot access and electoral reform.
